pure white, chocolate, and spotted fallow deer from Europe,
sika deer from Japan, eland antelope from Africa, aoudad from
North Africa, Asian ibex and many others. Numerous world class
records continue to be collected from the ranch each year.
Land Owners hunt their own land for free or hunt the YO
at discount prices. Approximately $25,000 of animals come
with each tract. If you don't hunt, you can sell your surplus
animals to pay for your ranch.

Wildlife
Management: The
property has been under an intensive management program for
many years to produce quality wildlife. The results are easily
noticed in the vast quantity and variety of animals that roam

fire. (This saves on insurance.)

Privileges:
There is never a dull moment with YO Social Club Parties,
trail drives, cattle sales, roundups, rodeos, cutting horse
events, or just informal gatherings at the lodge or around
the campfire. YO Land Owners are always invited and welcome.

Water:
There
are a number of lakes and water wells located on the the property,
and an abundance of subsurface water from two separate aquifers.

Utilities:
Each
tract has electricity to the property at no charge. Telephone
service is also available.

Access:
The property has access from Highway 41 and Highway 83. Each
tract fronts a private all-weather caliche road. The closest
town is Junction which is 17 miles away.

Restrictions:
There
is a Property Owners Association that enforces deed restrictions
to insure the continued beauty and protection of this unique
land. No mobile homes are allowed, no subdividing, and all improvements
must be well screened from the major roads and neighboring properties.
