Location: Approximately 35 miles west of Kerrville, south of I-10, off Highway 41 in Kerr County, Texas.
 

Wildlife: Texas whitetail deer, turkey, Russian boar, javalina, fox, bobcats, as well as axis deer from India, blackbuck antelope from India, pure white, chocolate, and spotted fallow deer from Europe, sika deer from Japan, eland antelope from Africa, aoudad from North Africa, Asian ibex and many others. Numerous world class records continue to be collected from the ranch each year. Land Owners hunt their own land for free or hunt the YO at discount prices. Approximately $25,000 of animals come with each tract. If you don't hunt, you can sell your surplus animals to pay for your ranch.
 

Wildlife Management: The property has been under an intensive management program for many years to produce quality wildlife. The results are easily noticed in the vast quantity and variety of animals that roam the ranch.
 

Improvements: YO Land Owners have access and use of the YO Headquarters and facilities, including the lodge, cabins, airstrip, chuckwagon restaurant, swimming pool, Africana game view pasture, indoor rodeo arena, and much more. Most amenities are free and others are discounted to modest charges for Land Owners. It's like having your own 40,000 acres improved ranch resort and you only pay for your individual private tract.
 

Security: There is a full-time YO security marshal on duty for Land Owner Safety and for property investment protection. All main entrances to the YO Ranchlands are locked and have private telephone security. Each Land Owner receives a YO Owner window sticker for car identification. In addition, the ranch has its own fire department and water truck for your protection against fire. (This saves on insurance.)
 

Social Privileges: There is never a dull moment with YO Social Club Parties, trail drives, cattle sales, roundups, rodeos, cutting horse events, or just informal gatherings at the lodge or around the campfire. YO Land Owners are always invited and welcome.
 

Water: There are a number of lakes and water wells located on the the property, and an abundance of subsurface water from two separate aquifers.
 

Utilities: Each tract has electricity to the property at no charge. Telephone service is also available.
